Purpose of processing and storing personal data

M.P.C.A. International BV respects the personal information of the users of the website, in compliance with the laws protecting your personal data (particularly the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and of the free movement of such data, and with the Belgian Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of personal data). Where we refer to "personal data" in this privacy statement, we mean the information you provide to us about yourself. Such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. You do that completely voluntarily.

Personal data information represents all information which allows M.P.C.A. International BV to identify or contact you. If you provide personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number or other personal information, you agree that we may contact you to reply to your request and if necessary to provide services or information you have asked for. However, you can waive this service at any time.

Your personal data will only be used to inform and contact you for what you have filled in the relevant contact form for. The composition of the requested personal data has been adjusted per form in such a way that we do not request or store information that is not relevant to what you leave your personal data for. Leaving your personal data behind is completely voluntary.

All forms on the website are intended to inform you about our company or a specific question you have asked yourself. Each form describes what you will receive information about. The requested information is limited to; name, e-mail, and telephone number to be able to reach you for the requested information.

After receiving the data, we will contact you by e-mail, text message and/ or telephone to provide you with the requested information.

Duration of storage personal data

Your personal information is collected and processed by M.P.C.A. International BV to respond to your request, in compliance with the above-mentioned applicable legislation. This information will be kept for the applicable legal period and will only be accessible to authorised personnel of M.P.C.A. International BV or its duly authorised service providers. Personal data is not stored for longer than is strictly necessary. For the contact forms, data will be deleted 12 months after provision. In that time, we are sure that there has been sufficient opportunities to inform you about the reasons for which you have left your personal data.
